My sister and I (we are the only children) scooped up our little mother and took her to visit her sister (only sibling) for her 80th birthday.We spent all day saturday laughing and talking and sharing memories.....and got our mom and aunt to talk about their memories and tried to record them all. We later had dinner at the 'grand' Union Hotel (I slobbered over that old building) and went to see former homes of family in the area, and visited gravesites. It was the best!!!
And now we are tying all those stories and names and pictures and geneology together. It was a chunk of Heaven!! Stand by for those pictures!

He is currently in Jacksonville Florida, been there a year a year to go. We sure do miss him, but he's doing Awesome!

I should probably put these guys in birth-order...but then there's something refreshing about not being hung up on birth-order. Chaos just appeals to me I guess.
