Missy Hammond

I gave birth to 6 sons and 1 daughter.  She has loved having brothers.  Now she is married with 2 sons.  Yep, pretty much surrounded by boys.  Expecting baby in April.  A month ago they told her it's a girl, elated but not convinced!  This week (one month later) Oh look, still a girl!  Notice the pretty pink bow....dressing her already!!  :)

My little vacation.

 

This beautiful young woman turned 27 today.  27 years ago she entered my life preceded by 5 brothers (one more followed).  The nurses thought it would be funny to wheel a baby boy

 into my room the next morning and tell me it wasn't a girl after all, just a big mistake!
